I recently had the opportunity to travel to Las Vegas and sample some of the newer kosher restaurants in the area. A couple of them stand out.

Panini Cafe, located in the Summerlin area (about 20 minutes from the Strip) is a European Cafe. The dairy menu provides a delicious assortment of delicious appetizers, salads, sandwiches, soups, pastas and much more. I highly recommend the "Greek Plant" appetizer, eggplant rolls filled with Feta Cheese and Pesta served with Sweet Potatoes. The menu items are well priced with entrees ranging starting around $8.

Sababa, also located in the Summerlin area has a tasty assortment of traditional Israeli cuisine including favorites like Shawarma, Falafel, Kabobs and more. All the food is delicious and the restaurant is spacious and very clean. Also, if you're familiar with Rami's Falafel in the Boston area, you'll love Sababa, as they are both owned by the same individual.
